"I moved into an older build where my kitchen drains were slow. The issue became worse as time passed until the sinks were not draining at all. Kendal returned my call and made immediate plans to assess the issue that very day. They arrived as arranged, and laid out a plan of execution to address the clogged drain. He started with a commercial drain cleaner to see if that would resolve the issue. It didn’t. He stated he needed to “blow out” the pipes and offered a fair price. Apparently, the original owner of the home had a habit of pouring cooking grease down the drains, and my coffee grounds processed through the garbage disposal worsened the situation. According to Kendal, this “blow out” was the worse he’d seen in years…
